Roles and responsibilities
Academic lead for pedagogical transformation (2021–2026) — Télécom Paris teaching directorate. The mission produced a framework, co-designed with the teaching directorate, defining three pillars for the school’s pedagogical transformation: quality of learning, enrichment of the teacher’s posture, and the joy of learning and teaching.
Co-lead of the Distributed Software Systems track (M1–M2), with Professor Petr Kuznetsov.
Elected member of the teaching committee, two terms (2012–2016 and 2020–2024): admission, graduation and resit boards, disciplinary panels.
Member of the AI and teaching project team (since 2026) and of the board of the GIP Institut Villebon — Georges Charpak (since 2025).
Contributor to the CTI accreditation dossier, to the school’s RNCP professional certification framework, and to the working group on the reform of first-year teaching.

General co-chair, with Ella Hamonic (IIEP-UNESCO), of eMOOCs 2025 — 9th European MOOCs Stakeholders Summit, Télécom Paris, 30 June – 2 July 2025, co-located with the Open edX Conference. Proceedings published open access by Springer.
Founder of FOLCS (2021), the Future Of Learning in Computer Science research group.
Workshop designer for MEDIANE, the IMT winter school in pedagogy: 2017, 2018 (twice), 2023 and 2027.
Co-organiser of the Télécom Paris teaching forum, every year.

Languages and interests
French (native), English (fluent, taught and published in English, three months in residence in the United States). Long-standing interest in science popularisation: science festivals, open days, a themed trail for the CapSciences museum in Bordeaux, jury member of the CNRS cinémaScience international festival, and computing workshops in secondary schools with the Main à la pâte association.
